Service Booster (operated by ISC MEDIA LLC) · My Free Heat Map · Effective October 6, 2026

Service Booster ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit myfreeheatmap.com (the "Site"), request a free heat map, or contact us; how we use and share it; and the choices you have. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and tracking technologies in more detail.

1. Who We Are

Service Booster, operated by ISC MEDIA LLC, is a marketing company for local service businesses. We help owners get found and grow with SEO, websites, Google Business Profile ranking, reviews, and automation. My Free Heat Map is a free tool we offer to show business owners where they rank on Google. Contact: hello@servicebooster.com.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us

When you fill out our heat-map form, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number; your business name, website, and address (street, city, state); your service-area size; the search keywords you want checked; and any additional notes you provide.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and pages requested, logged by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver and secure the Site.
  • Usage & advertising data: pages viewed, how you arrived (search, ad, or link), approximate city-level location, and actions such as form submissions. Because we advertise on social platforms, we also use advertising pixels and may receive click identifiers (such as Meta's fbclid and TikTok's ttclid) to measure which ads work.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To run your requested Google searches and prepare and send your free heat map.
  • To contact you about your results and related Service Booster services by email, phone, or text (see Section 4).
  • To measure and improve our advertising and the Site.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of our forms, and to comply with law.

4. Text Messages & Calls (Consent)

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that Service Booster may contact you by email, phone call, and text message (SMS) about your free heat map and related offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, for example our hosting and CRM/email/SMS providers (including GoHighLevel), under agreements that limit their use of it, and when required by law. Aggregated or anonymized data (such as an example heat map with contact details removed) may be used in marketing content, including on social and video platforms.

6. Cookies & Your Choices

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. A banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics and advertising cookies, and you can change your choice anytime via Cookie Settings in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it). To make a request, email hello@servicebooster.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information as long as needed to provide your heat map, follow up, and meet legal and business requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Effective" date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
