These Terms govern your use of myfreeheatmap.com (the "Site"), operated by ISC MEDIA LLC under the Service Booster brand. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Free Heat Map Offer

My Free Heat Map is a free marketing tool. We run a set of Google searches for your business and send you a visual "heat map" of your rankings, along with general observations. Free heat maps are limited in number each month and provided at our discretion. The heat map is for general information only, it reflects results at the time we run it, and rankings change constantly. It is not a guarantee of any ranking, result, or outcome, and is not professional advice.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to your business. You agree not to misuse it, including submitting false information, sending spam or unsolicited sales offers through our forms, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with its operation.

3. Communications & Text Messages

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree we may contact you about your request and related Service Booster services by phone, email, and text message. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

4. No Affiliation with Google

Google, Google Maps, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. My Free Heat Map and Service Booster are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by Service Booster and protected by law. The heat map we prepare for you is provided for your own business use.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and the free heat map are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Booster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on a heat map. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
